2. Description of Service

AdFreePro enables readers to access ad-free content from publishers through paid subscriptions. AdFreePro provides authentication, subscription management, and payment processing technology.

AdFreePro does not create, edit, or control publisher content and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of such content.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify AdFreePro immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or security breach. AdFreePro is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account use.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewal

Subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise AdFreePro to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and recurring charges using your selected payment method.

Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable publisher's refund policy. AdFreePro may facilitate refunds on behalf of publishers but does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

AdFreePro may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. Where reasonable, we will provide notice prior to termination.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFreePro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFreePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

AdFreePro’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to AdFreePro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transfon Ltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
