1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AdFreePro ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our publisher platform and services. By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Publisher Services

AdFreePro provides tools for publishers to monetize their content through ad-free subscriptions offered to users. We facilitate the authentication of users, management of subscriptions, and processing of payments.

3. Integration and Implementation

You agree to implement the AdFreePro code snippets and integration tools on your website(s) in accordance with our technical documentation. You are responsible for ensuring that the implementation does not conflict with other scripts or functionality on your site.

4. Revenue Share and Payments

Revenue Share. We will pay you a percentage of the Net Revenue generated from subscriptions attributed to your content, as specified in your specific partnership agreement.

Payment Terms. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and tax information.

5. Content Guidelines

You represent and warrant that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. AdFreePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for sites that violate our content policies (e.g., hate speech, illegal content).

6. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all AdFreePro code from your websites. Outstanding payments will be processed in the next billing cycle.
